EDMONDS, WA - Police are reporting that a suspected road rage incident early Thursday morning ended in gunfire and a two-vehicle crash. The incident happened along the 9600 block of 240th Street Southwest. Some of the people involved in the incident fled the scene of the accident, police said.
Police say that around 12:45 a.m. police responded to the Firdale neighborhood on a report of gunshots and speeding cars. Police found a two-car crash at the scene with one person still there. Several other people were seen fleeing from the crash scene, police said.
At the scene, police found two guns and shell casings. It's unclear if the shooting is related to a report of shots fired in Mountlake Terrace just before the crash.
