Edmonds School Damaged By Racist, Anti-Trump Graffiti

The graffiti was found at Madrona K-8 school on Monday, according to Edmonds police.

EDMONDS, WA - An Edmonds school was badly damaged by vulgar, racist graffiti this week. The K-8 Madrona School was hit with graffiti ranging from anti-black, pro-KKK statements to scribble disparaging President Donald Trump. The graffiti was discovered on Monday morning.

The graffiti, scribbled in red paint, largely damaged the school's roof. School employees discovered the graffiti. Edmonds detectives are looking into the incident, and are working with the school district to find out who did it.

This is at least the second incident of hateful graffiti in Edmonds so far this year. Police Chief Al Compaan issued a statement on the latest incident.
