Video: Man Suspected Of Attacking Edmonds Jogger
The attacker approached the woman from behind, but she was able to fight him off, Edmonds police reported.

EDMONDS, WA - A 35-year-old woman was attacked while jogging along Bowdoin Way early Tuesday morning, according to Edmonds police. The woman fought the suspect and he ran from the scene. Police have released a video of the alleged attacker in the hopes of identifying him.
The woman was out jogging around 7 a.m. Tuesday along the 8800 block of Bowdoin Way - just a few blocks east of Yost Park - when the attack happened. The attacker ran up behind her, grabbed her by the shoulders, and threw her to the ground.
The jogger fought back, kicking the attacker and screaming until he ran from the scene westbound on Bowdoin. The woman ran to a nearby home and called 911. Police conducted a K9 track in the area but did not locate the attacker.

A neighbor nearby possibly captured the suspect on surveillance video. Police said he's a white man, about 6 feet tall, and weighing about 200 pounds. He was wearing a light-colored sweatsuit.
