Fire At Edmonds Home Near Lake Ballinger
The fire broke out before 8 a.m. Sunday at a home along 75th Place West.

EDMONDS, WA - A fire broke out early Sunday morning at a home in Edmonds near Lake Ballinger. Firefighters first reported the blaze around 7:45 a.m. at a home along the 23100 block of 75th Place West, which is between Ballinger Lake Park and Pacific Highway.
No one was injured in the fire, but the home was badly damaged. The fire was mostly out close to 8:30 a.m., but firefighters had to bring in a back-hoe to access a fire smoldering in a wood pile next to the home.
