Fire Leaves Edmonds Family Homeless
A fire destroyed the family's home early Sunday morning, according to reports.

EDMONDS, WA - A fire caused heavy damage to a home in Edmonds early Sunday morning, leaving a family of five homeless, according to reports.
The fire broke out around 3 a.m. Sunday along the 8300 block of 215th Street Southwest, according to KOMO News. Fire investigators determined that the blaze originated on a deck, where a barbecue had been located. The fire spread from the deck to the side of the home and into the attic, according to KOMO.
The family did have a place to stay after being displaced by the fire.
