Group Health Challenges You to Define Healthy

Can't stop watching the incredible Olympics coverage? Group Health suggests taking a break from the TV to get outside and active

The Olympics are underway, which means most of us are watching amazing athletes perform incredible, record-breaking feats from our couches with a bowl full of snacks, some healthy, some maybe not.

Group Health suggests taking a break from the TV coverage and using the Olympics as inspiration and motivation to get outside and active!

Maybe this means channeling Kristen Armstrong (US Olympic cyclist) and taking the family on a bike ride on the Interurban Trail, or channeling LaShawn Merrit (US Olympic runner) and trying a run (or walk) around Marina Beach Park. Either way, we encourage you to channel your inner Olympian and redefine healthy on your own terms – whether it’s a walk around the block or competing on the global stage for Olympic Gold.
