Group Health to Provide Free Physicals Aug. 13 at Everett High School

Student athletes can kick off the school year with a healthy start by getting a free physical from Group Health medical staff Aug. 13.

Student athletes can kick off the school year with a healthy start by getting a free physical from Group Health medical staff members on Saturday, Aug. 13 at Everett High School.

Who: Families with student athletes in Snohomish County and surrounding communities.

What: As a service to the community, Group Health medical staff members will be conducting free physicals on Saturday, Aug. 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Everett High School.

When: Saturday, Aug. 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Where: Everett High School Gym, 2416 Colby Avenue, Everett, Wash. 98201

Details: Any middle or high school student who is participating in fall sports is eligible. A completed sports physical form from the student’s school is required.
