Machinists set date for Steel & Wheel SuperShow

EVERETT — The Bill Baker Memorial Steel & Wheel SuperShow is coming to Everett again this summer.

The annual show for classic cars, custom hot rods and motorcycles will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 17 at Machinists Union District Lodge 751’s Everett Union Hall, 8729 Airport Road.

The event – which will include live music and food — is a fundraiser for Guide Dogs of America, and is sponsored by Machinists Union Local Lodge 751-A.

The show is free to attend. Registration for those showing cars or motorcycles costs $20 in advance, or $25 on the day of the event. Entry forms are available at all District 751 union halls in Puget Sound. Detailed information is available by calling the Everett Union Hall at (425) 335-8821.

Local 751-A is affiliated with Machinists Union District Lodge 751, which is the top fundraiser for Guide Dogs of America. Over the past four years, District 751 has raised more than $1 million for the charity, including a record $299,000 in 2012.
