ARLINGTON, WA - The 52-year-old man who drowned after falling off a boat on Lake Goodwin has been identified. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner identified the man as William D. Jensen of Arlington. The medical examiner ruled that Jensen drowned and his death was an accident.
Jensen was riding in a boat on the lake just before midnight last Friday when he was either thrown or fell off the vessel. The boat was being operated by a 58-year-old Stanwood man who may have been intoxicated, according to the sheriff's office.
