Mukilteo Plane Crash: Airplane 'Literally Fell Out Of The Sky'
A small airplane crashed-landed near Mukilteo Speedway on Tuesday afternoon.

MUKILTEO, WA - A small plane crash-landed along a busy roadway in Mukilteo on Monday afternoon, hitting several cars in the process. Roads in the area were closed throughout the evening Tuesday. Thankfully, there were no serious injuries related to the crash, Mukilteo police reported.
Several vehicles were damaged in the crash, and appear to caught on fire, according to pictures from the scene provided by Mukilteo police. The singe-engine plane crashed after taking off from Paine Field, according to reports.
The scene of the crash was Harbor Point Boulevard Southwest near Mukilteo Speedway. That area contains a number of commercial businesses, and is the main thruway from Boeing's Paine Field and Mukilteo to points south.

One woman described the accident to KOMO News saying that the plane "literally fell out of the sky."
Mukilteo Speedway was reopened to traffic by 5 p.m. Tuesday, but roads in the vicinity of the crash were closed due to an investigation.
