Police Investigating Teens Who Beat Wheelchair-bound Man

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the victim.

SNOHOMISH, WA - Two teens allegedly videotaped themselves beating a wheelchair-bound man. Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the victim, who appears to be in his 50s or 60s and is bald with white or gray facial hair. He may be transient or homeless.

The video lasts less than a minute, according to police. It is not being released because the suspects are believed to be juveniles.

Where exactly the video was taped is unclear, but police think that it's in Snohomish County. The two teens are believed to be from the Snohomish area.
