Snohomish County Man Dies During Police Standoff
The standoff began Tuesday night around 9 p.m., according to reports.

LAKE STEVENS, WA - A 39-year-old man was found dead inside a home in Lake Stevens early Wednesday after an overnight standoff with police, according to KOMO news.
The standoff began around 9 p.m. at a home along Chapel Hill Road. Police were called to the scene for a domestic violence incident.
There was a woman and a young girl inside the home, but they were able to escape during the standoff, Lake Stevens police told KOMO.

Police were unable to speak to the man, so a SWAT team entered the home, which is when the man was found dead. Lake Stevens and Everett police responded to the scene, as did Snohomish County Sheriff's deputies.
