'Titanic' Band Gaelic Storm Brings Its Irish Music to Edmonds on Friday

It's the final of ECA-presented shows during its fifth season.

If you're seen James Cameron's "Titanic"—and really, who hasn't?—you remember the scene where Jack and Rose dance to spirited Irish music in steerage.

That high-energy band, Gaelic Storm, will bring its traditional Irish music to town Friday at the Edmonds Center for the Arts.

Gaelic Storm's most recent CD, from 2008, is “What’s the Rumpus?” The band will have new music in Edmonds, as it will release a new project, "Chicken Boxer," on July 31.
