Whiz Kids of the Week: Student Musicians

Names: Student musicians from Edmonds School District

Schools: Edmonds-Woodway, Meadowdale and Mountlake Terrace high schools, Brier Terrace Middle School, Sherwood Elementary School

Accomplishments: Twenty-eight students from the Edmonds School District district auditioned for and were selected to participate in this year's 's All-State Honor Groups and MENC's Northwest Division's All-Northwest Honor Groups. The students were recognized by the school board at its meeting on Feb. 15 and participated in the WMEA and MENC's Northwest Division's conference Feb. 17-20.
