Police Still Looking For Meadowdale Sex Assault Suspect
A woman was sexually assaulted a knifepoint at Meadowdale Beach Park Wednesday morning.
EDMONDS, WA - A woman was attacked while walking along a trail at Meadowdale Beach Park Wednesday morning, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff. The attack happened just before 9 a.m.
Police had set up a containment area around the park, but the suspect had not yet been located. The suspect was described as a white man in his 30s wearing a scarf, a dark hooded sweatshirt, and a baseball hat. He fled the scene of the crime on foot.
The man sexually assaulted the woman at knifepoint, she told police.
