City Council Considers Exempting Senior Housing From School Fees
The council held a public hearing on the item at their Monday night meeting.
ENUMCLAW, WA - The City Council's Monday night meeting included a ordinance that would exempt senior housing from paying the school impact fee. According to city documents, the Planning Commission approved this measure as part of its yearly work plan.
The impetus for the move comes from Mountain Villa Estates. The Planning Commission has recommended that the council approve the measure.
