Dwell in your heart.

Find faith.

Become your best.

Create and fulfill.

Grow.

My soul finds peace.

Sure and secure—here I belong.

                          

I'm working on my next novel--the working title is Stray.  I examine the feelings of people who are tired of being alone.  They long to be part of a couple, part of a family, or at least, part of a world that recognizes that they are needed.  Today, this black horse wandered down the road, lost, and spooked.  His owner showed up within ten minutes or so, but for a short time, he was a stray.  Haven't we all felt that way at times? Spooked and stray?  We don't truly belong where we are, we are missing that one thing that ties us, or grounds us.  There was a trite saying going around a few years back--bloom where you are planted.  But realistically, it is hard to do that.  We all need to find our niche, if not here, then where?  The one thing that a lot of people fail to find is faith.  With faith, you belong--you are never left behind.  If you allow Jesus to live in your heart, you do belong!
