ENUMCLAW, WA - A crash involving a possibly intoxicated driver was blocking SR 164 near Enumclaw Monday morning. The crash happened near Gossard Street around 11 a.m., and the incident had knocked down some power lines.
According to state police, one driver was arrested for DUI and there were only minor injuries.
