Email to the Editor: Europa Moved and Still a Great Spot

Enthusiastic patron Gwen Abraham reminds residents that Europa is now located in the Collectibles on Cole building and its new digs makes for the perfect spot for a Girls Night Out.

The restaurant has opened inside Collectibles on Cole, at the corner of Initial St. and Cole St. and features several sinfully delicious items from Poland, Russia, Germany and France. All creations at Europa are prepared from scratch using traditional European recipes. There is a tremendous amount of love, memories and pride put into the creation of this cuisine and most recipes are handed down by grandmothers and great-grandmothers. They are open Tuesday – Thursday from 11-8, Friday and Saturday 11-9 and on Sunday they feature a crepe brunch from 10- 2. Come hungry!!!  There is also a great tea room that will serve customers by reservation only.  Perfect for Girl’s Night Out!!!  In addition to the  restaurant, there are several vendors offering antique glass, vintage clothing, collectible stuffed animals, one man’s collection of memorabilia from Orient travels and unique purses to name a few.
