Enumclaw Council Continues Meeting Regarding Golf Course Lease Agreement Tonight

If you have input on the city of Enumclaw's pending lease agreement over the management of the city golf course but couldn't make yesterday's meeting, there is an additional opportunity to share your input with city leaders tonight.

The council, minus Councilman Mike Ennis who was absent, voted Monday to continue the discussion and to come to a final vote on the agreement tonight, Tuesday, March 26, at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers.

Councilman Sean Krebs stressed that the final complete lease agreement had not yet been made available to the public and certain councilmembers themselves had not had a chance to read the agreement yet.

A copy of the agreement is now available on the city website. The issue is going to be heard first during a meeting of the community services committee at 6 p.m. tonight at the Stevenson-Yerxa building before it moves over to City Hall in front of the full council at 7 p.m. The public is invited to both meetings.
