Enumclaw Serial Bank Robber Arrested At Tiger Mountain

The 27-year-old woman from Enumclaw is linked to four local bank robberies.

ENUMCLAW, WA - A 27-year-old woman from Enumclaw has been arrested as suspect in four bank robberies in the Puget Sound area in recent months. The woman was caught hiding at Tiger Mountain near Issaquah after allegedly robbing her fourth bank.

The woman allegedly robbed a Key Bank in Maple Valley on Saturday. Witnesses spotted her get into the trunk of a blue Camaro. A King County deputy later spotted a similar vehicle driving along SR 18 near where the robbery happened.

Another deputy in the area found the car parked at Tiger Mountain, which is off SR 18 just south of I-90. Deputies approached the car in the busy parking lot filled with hikers and mountain bikers. They arrested a 30-year-old man from Sumner and the suspected bank robber.

Police believe the woman robbed a bank in Marysville on May 9, one in Lynnwood on May 11, and another on June 9 in the Cascade-Fairwood area southeast of Renton.
