
If you are looking for a yoga class that will burn a few extra calories and leave you feeling a bit wrung out ... then this class may be what you are looking for.
Everyone is welcome and encouraged to go at your own pace. Some previous yoga experience is beneficial but as with most new endeavors there will be a learning curve. Just keep showing up and it gets easier. Then when you least expect it...the teacher will make it more challenging, yet again.
