First of Two Public Hearings on Lundeen Annexation Tonight
The proposed annexation area is 91.9 acres and is located within the Urban Growth Area, north of the city of Enumclaw.

As part of its regular meeting tonight, the Enumclaw City Council is holding the first of two public hearings regarding the proposed annexation and zoning regulation for the Lundeen Annexation area.
The latest action on this annexation took place on October 25, 2010 when the City Council passed Resolution No. 1400 which accepted the 60 percent annexation petition. Click here for more information.
The public hearing will be part of the regular City Council meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1339 Griffin Avenue.Β
