Four Burglaries, Two Property Damage Reports and Two Vehicle Prowls in June 20 Blotter

A roundup of Enumclaw police reports from Wednesday, June 20.

Disturbance: Police responded to a 911 disconnect at a business on the 1300 block of Roosevelt Avenue at 12:35 a.m. related to three people who were involved in a verbal dispute. They were asked to leave and police ensured that they did so.

Vehicle Prowl: Police received a report at 2:08 a.m. of a slim female in a dark shirt and pajama bottoms going through cars on Carbon Ridge Street at Kibler Avenue. The responding officer checked a vehicle she was seen going with and the door was ajar but nothing was damaged or apparently missing.

Police received a report at 10:32 p.m. of a vehicle prowl and shed broken into overnight on the 2900 block of Carbon Ridge Street.

Property Damage: Police received a report at 2:50 a.m. that a three-inch rock was thrown at the driver's door of a vehicle parked on the 300 block of Roosevelt Avenue, leaving a dent.

Police contacted a citizen regarding damage to her vehicle on the 200 block of Semanski Street at 4:03 p.m.

Joyriding: Police discovered a group of juveniles in which the driver had taken his grandparents' car without permission after conducted a traffic stop on Warner Avenue at Blake Street at 3:21 a.m. The juveniles were released to their families and the vehicle back to its registered owner.

Burglary: Police received a report at 9:40 a.m. from the owner of a restaurant on the 900 block of Roosevelt Avenue that someone broke in by breaking a window with a rock and left damage along with taken computer equipment.

A citizen reported at 1:12 p.m. that a shed at a residence on the 2200 block of Rincon Avenue was broken into and some miscellaneous items were taken.

Police received information from the Sheriff's Office at 1:58 p.m. that a burglary had just occurred at a residence on the 4200 block of 182nd Avenue SE. The suspect is associated with a black Toyota hatchback and is described as a 20-something white male with a blue shirt and jeans and wearing an orange/white cap.

Police received a report at 9:21 p.m. that a burglary had occurred at a residence on the 500 block of Burger Place.

Trespass: The manager of an apartment on the 1300 block of Battersby Avenue reported to police at 11:14 a.m. that someone she was familiar with was outside the office yelling and causing a disturbance. She requested he be trespassed from the complex; the responding officer served the letter to the man. Within 30 minutes, he was reportedly across the street from the complex yelling at a resident. Police responded and arranged for the man's father to take him. He was reportedly still yelling at 12:28 p.m. but when police responded he had left.

Police responded to a location on the 1300 block of Battersby Avenue at 5:15 p.m. for a report of an unwanted subject and they were arrested for trespassing.

Bike Found: A citizen reported a bike was found in the 3500 block of Larsen Avenue and that it had been there for two or three days. It was brought to the police station and placed in bike impound.
