Back-to-school sales are in full swing for all of the big-box retailers, and summer clearance sales are everywhere.
A number of bloggers in the Northwest have teamed up to gather and update the best deals for school supplies and clothing this year. By dividing up the stores, they can each offer coupon match-ups and keep them current.
This round-up includes updated deals from Walmart, Target, Office Depot, Toys 'R' Us, Walgreens, Barclays, K-Mart, Rite Aid, Staples and even a special listing for clothing that covers multiple stores.

There is a printable coupon available on Old Navy's Facebook worth $10 off your purchase of $50 in stores only. This coupon would be great to stack with clearance summer clothes for next year or kick off your school-clothes shopping.
If you are looking for name-brand items but don't want to pay big bucks, consignment sales are a great way to go. This regional favorite is worth the drive, especially if you can carpool with another shopper or make it a day trip. The sale is at the Lynwood Convention Center, on Aug. 5-6. Consignment shoppers will tell you to sign up to sell your things, because then you get in for the private shopping day on Aug. 4. This particular group also has a Made by Mom section of handmade items from local moms.
This week, all patio furniture is marked down to 50 percent off. Additionally, all of the summer seasonal items are marked down to make room for fall. Deals include fire pits, bug zappers, swim and pool toys and more.
Our locally owned feed store, the Sumner Animal Grub, has patio furniture on sale right now. Their big reader board says it is all 20 percent off. Shoppers may prefer this sale not only because it's "shopping local," but also because its a great place to buy pet supplies.
