Get Out: 'Shadow Play' Ballet, Palate of the Plateau and Bagpipes this Weekend

- Where/When: Enumclaw High School Auditorium on Friday, March 23 and Saturday, March 24 at 7:30 p.m.
- Why Go: The Plateau Ballet Repertory Theatre is the youth ballet company of , an Enumclaw school of dance that has been nurturing the dreams of dancers since 1988. Come out for an evening of performing arts by a truly local company.
- Cost: $10 for adults/students, $8 for children (12 and under) and $8 for senior citizens (65 and older).

- Where/When: 9 p.m.-1 a.m. on Friday, March 23, at.
- Why Go: Stop by City Hall Saloon for some drinks and great live music this Friday night. Local musician Max will be entertaining patrons with his guitar and soundboard all night long. Have a favorite song? Chances are Max knows it!
- Cost: No cover.

- Where/When: Enumclaw High School Commons Saturday, March 24 beginning at 5:30 p.m.
- Why Go: Come for a sampling of many of our local restaurants. Stay for the large silent auction as well as a live auction with hundreds of items to choose from - many different baskets of goodies; BBQ; Fly fishing trip to Montana; SeaHawks & Sounder tickets; and party packages to name just a few. All proceeds received go towards the ministry of and getting kids to camp!
- Cost: Pre-sale tickets are $10 adult/$5 children 6-12 (5 & under are free); At the door: $15 adult/$7 children. Tickets are available for purchase at Enumclaw Chamber of Commerce and the YL office.
- Where/When: 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 24, at .
- Why Go: Grab your little ones and come enjoy storytime with Daffodil Princesses this Saturday at the library. The princesses will read stories, talk with the children, and be available for photos afterwards. Each princess will have a special gift for all of the kids.
- Cost: Free.
- Where/When: 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 24, at the Puyallup Fairgrounds.
- Why Go: If you’re into bagpipes, this event is probably already on your radar. Join the Clan Gordon Pipe Band for their 49th annual Tartan Ball. The event will feature pipes, drums and dancers from Leanore Curran School of Dance.
- Cost: Free.
