Maple Valley Creative Arts Council is holding auditions on July 16, 2015 from 2:30 to 4:30 for "Wizard" Original Kids Play.

Call for auditions for “Wizard” Original Kids Play, Thursday July 16, 2:30-4:30, MVCAC (Rehearsals begin in August, Performance runs September 17-20) Wizard is the story of young Delores’s heroic journey to the faraway Land of Gogg. Her personal journey is one of discovering her true self and of which is greater – the power of knowledge or the power of love? In this new play, written by Ed Corrigan and directed by Cheri Ayres-Graves, we will discover if our Delores is able to match wit and courage with the sinister Wizard of Gogg. Auditions by appointment only. Please respond to Wizard playwright Ed Corrigan (corriganed@yahoo.com) for appointment. Please include acting resume if available. Roles are available for: seven children ages 10 to 16; one female adult age 30 to 40; one male adult age 30 to 40.
