Multiple Vehicle Prowls and Two Break-ins in August 31 and September 1 Blotter
A roundup of Enumclaw police reports from Friday, August 31 and Saturday, September 1.

Friday, August 31
Vehicle Prowls: Police received a report at 6:03 a.m. that a truck parked on the 900 block of Olsen Place was accessed though nothing was damaged. A few dollars in change were taken and everything was gone through.This was one of three vehicles prowled on the block overnight. All were ransacked but nothing of significance was taken.
Two vehicles on the 300 block of Rainier Avenue were reportedly accessed overnight. The reports were filed with police at 7:12 a.m. Cash and an emergency roadside safety kit were taken; the victim later reported she found the kit dumped alongside the roadway.

Police received a report at 7:40 a.m. that a vehicle on the 1300 block of Franklin Street was prowled overnight. A Honda generator and downhill racing mountain bike were stolen from the vehicle.
Police received a report of theft at 8:51 a.m. from a vehicle parked at Fred's Tow.

A vehicle prowl was reported at 7:55 p.m. on Warner Avenue at State Route 410.
Arrest and Stolen Items Recovered: Police arrested two men following a traffic stop for expired tabs at 7:58 a.m. on Battersby Avenue at Farman Street; they were arrested for theft and for providing false information. A Honda generator was recovered and returned to the victim in case reported earlier. A stolen racing mountain bike was also recovered and released to the owner.
Theft: A bicycle was reported stolen from the 1500 block of Cole Street at 4:36 p.m.
Drug Arrest: Two people were arrested at 7:41 p.m. for possession of marijuana; they were released to their parents.
Saturday, September 1
Loose Cows: Police observed a loose cow in the area of the 3200 block of McDougall Avenue at 12:35 a.m. The owners were contacted as the cow made its way back to its pasture.
Police received a report at 9:49 a.m. of two loose cows in the area of the Six Plex on 244th Avenue. The cows were recovered.
Attempted Burglary: Police received a report at 12:12 p.m. of an attempted burglary at a residence on the 3200 block of Harding Street. There was damage to the dead bolt on the front door and the side door was found open. Items were tipped over but nothing was found missing.
Burglary: Police received a report at 10:34 p.m. of a burglary at a location on the 1900 block of Clovercrest Street.
