Police Blotter Aug. 11-12

Cutting corners never a good idea.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Enumclaw Police
Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Cutting corners: A truck cut a corner at the intersection of Griffin Avenue and Porter Street, causing damage to the signal control box. Driver was cited for hit and run. Department of Transportation plans to cut power to signal to make repairs.

Video no help: Employee at a business on Roosevelt Avenue reported a woman in a white Chevy car stole an IPOD charger and two IPODS. Video did not give any views of the face or any other identifiers.

Shopliftted items returned: A man and woman shoplifted on Roosevelt Avenue, and it’s an ongoing problem, reporting party says. One suspect was located and the items returned to store.

Road rage: Road rage reported on Roosevelt Avenue. One of the drivers was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

DUI arrest: Suspect arrested and booked for DUI on Roosevelt Avenue East.

License arrest: Traffic stop on State Route 410 and 244th Avenue Southeast resulted in arrest for driving with a suspended license.
