Broken glass in the roadway, a drug arrest, and two reported incidents of vehicle prowls in which extension cords and a GPS unit were taken.

Traffic Hazard: A citizen reported broken glass in the roadway on Griffin Avenue at Fell Street near the 's' curves at 10:08 a.m. An officer cleared the roadway.
Vehicle Theft: A vehicle parked on Victor Street overnight was reported damaged -- a window was broken out and it appeared it was caused by a rock. Two extension cords were stolen from the vehicle, valued at $30.
A GPS unit worth $200 was reportedly taken from a vehicle parked on Initial Place. There was no damage to the vehicle.

Juvenile Assault: A male juvenile was arrested for assault domestic violence and malicious mischief after officers responded to an incident at a property on Elmont Avenue at 2:13 p.m.
Fight: A man reportedly threatened a complainant on Battersby Avenue at 3:55 p.m. A report was taken and the matter was settled on contact.

Drug Offense: A 20-year-old man was reportedly in a bathroom on Leo Place consuming recreational drugs. He was arrested and booked for possession of paraphernalia and heroin.
Malicious Mischief: A rock was thrown through a window at the rear of a residence on Michael Avenue at 10:09 p.m. The area was checked and no suspects were located.Β
