A home burglary is reported, two people carved a swaztika into a bench on Cole Street, and a truck/trailer creates a traffic hazard.

Noisy Neighbors: One person was arrested on an outstanding Department of Corrections warrant following a complaint of loud banging coming from an apartment on Myrtine Street at 1:13 a.m. The other occupants were advised to cease for the night.
Police responded to a report of a man yelling and throwing things in his apartment on Battersby Avenue at 8:26 a.m. He was asked to quiet down.
Broken Windows: Police received a report of several windows being broken on a bus parked on Fell Street at 10:14 a.m. Damages total anywhere from $800 to $1,000.

Hazardous Driving: An officer made contact with the driver of a tan Plymouth Voyager seen crossing the center and fog lanes with erratic speed on Cole Street and Stevenson Avenue at 12:47 p.m. They had not been drinking but were counseled on driver safety.
Home Burglary: Police received a report of a home burglary on S.E. 448th Street at 1:06 p.m. Miscellaneous items were taken. There are no suspects.

Swaztika Carving: Police received a report that a swaztika had been carved into a bench in front of a property on Cole Street at 3:01 p.m. The two subjects believed to have done the carving had previously been admonished for spitting on the sidewalk. An officer located and counseled them; they apologized for the carving.
Traffic Hazard: A truck/trailer was reportedly parked in the turn lane near the intersection of Griffin Avenue and Semanski Street at 4:35 p.m. The owner was located, who then moved the vehicle.
Hit and Run: A hit-and-run, two-car motor vehicle accident was reported at 5:16 p.m. on Griffin Avenue. There are no further details.
