Unlawful imprisonment, burglary in progress, cherry bomb damage all reported in Enumclaw.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Enumclaw police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Unlawful imprisonment: A suspect on Grand Fir Drive was arrested for suspicion of assault and unlawful imprisonment then sent to EPD for booking for Assault 4 domestic violence.
Alarm helps police: An alarm on the front door of a restaurant on 288th Avenue Southeast helped police arrive to a burglary in progress. One man was taken into custody, but a second fled. The second suspect is described as a 14-year-old male with a black, puffy jacket and jeans. The teen was later taken into custody at his residence on Chinook Avenue. Both were charged with second-degree burglary for theft of beer. The beer was returned to the restaurant’s manager.

Cherry bomb damage: More fireworks were reported to police, but the worse case involved a cherry bomb that damaged a vehicle on Jewel Street. The cherry bomb apparently did not explode until it hit the vehicle’s hood, windshield and cowling, damaging all three.
