Police Blotter for July 6

The following arrest information was supplied by the Enumclaw police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Sex offender: Police received a teletype out of Everett saying a sex offender reportedly is living on Garfield Street in Enumclaw. There is a $5,000 felony warrant out on him for failing to register.

Many charges: A man was arrested on Battersby Avenue who was wanted on several charges, including: felony warrant with no bail for escape, $300 warrant for shoplifting out of Tumwater, and additional charges of trespassing were added.

Dead rabbit: A woman on 260^th Avenue Southeast called police after finding a dead rabbit in her barn.

Pit bull on loose: A pit bull living in Enumclaw apartments was reportedly roaming in the area. Officers talked with the owner, who said he would relocate the dog the next day.

Loud explosion: A loud explosion was heard on Harding Street, and a power outage followed. Puget Sound Energy was advised to restore service.
