Assault: A 17-year-old woman was taken into custody for fourth-degree assault and domestic violence after she reportedly assaulted her mother at 1:16 a.m. at a property on Davis Street.Β 

Missing Child Found: A mother was reunited with your daughter after she initially reported the girl missing from a property on Roosevelt Avenue East at 1:47 a.m. The daughter was spotted by a citizen near State Route 410 and brought back to her mother. The mother said she had left the care of her daughter to an adult male friend who had fallen asleep while watching the girl.

Neighbors on Alert: A citizen reported seeing a suspicious vehicle in the area of LaFramboise Street at 10:22 a.m. It was described as a dark blue Crown Victoria with a black male driver. He was seen writing down house numbers. Officers checking the area were unable to locate.

Computer Hacking: A computer at a club on Noble Fir Circle was reported hacked at 2:22 p.m. The reporting party was requesting an officer contact the known suspect for second-degree computer trespass. They will discuss with the club whether to pursue criminal charges or give a simple warning.

Singing, Not Yelling: Police received a report that a man was inside an apartment on Battersby Avenue at 7 p.m. yelling for no reason. The responding officer contacted the man, who said he was singing, not yelling, and agreed to quiet down.

Suspended License Arrest: A man was arrested after a traffic stop for third-degree driving while license suspended at 7:43 p.m. on State Route 410 at Warner Avenue. A third party came to pick up two children who were passengers.

Noisy Neighbors: Police received a noise complaint at 10:25 p.m. at an address on Garfield Street. Officers found no noise upon arrival but made contact anyway -- they agreed to keep things quiet.

DUI: One person was arrested after a traffic stop at 10:25 p.m. on Farman Street near Battersby Avenue for driving under the influence.

Unwanted Person: A combative man was reportedly outside an address on Battersby Avenue at 11:33 p.m. He left prior to police arrival and was not located.
