Noisy Neighbors: Police received a noise complaint at a property on Myrtine Street at 2:15 a.m. Someone was banging on the walls but the reporting party banged back and the noise had stopped when police arrived. The reporting party was advised not to engage in that but instead let police handle the situation.

Smell Smoke: A resident reported marijuana smoke in her apartment and believe it was coming from a property on Initial Place at 6:34 p.m. Police responded and made contact -- they found and smelled nothing out of the ordinary.

Assault: A fourth-degree assault domestic violence incident was reported at a property on Warner Avenue at 7:55 p.m. The suspect had left the area and was possibly en route to Auburn or Kent in victim's vehicle: a green Ford Winstar. The vehicle was taken without permission.Β
