Stolen Property Recovered: The victim of a reported theft told police that the missing items had been returned and placed in a drawer at their residence on Gossard Street at 7:40 p.m. The victim believes the items were stolen by a family member living next door and requested extra patrols for the residence.

Noisy Neighbors: Police received a noise complaint at a property on Roosevelt Avenue East at 12:28 a.m. Response was delayed due to other calls but nothing was heard upon arrival.

Police received a noise complaint concerning the Crystal Saloon on Roosevelt Avenue East at 11:26 p.m. The soundproof shutters were up though the responding officer had heard some noise. The business was asked to turn down the bass music and they agreed. The officer believes the issue stems from the door opening and closing.

DUI: A driver was arrested for DUI/reckless driving and reckless endangerment following a traffic stop on Chinook Avenue at 12:30 a.m.Β 

Drug Possession: One person was arrested for possession of marijuana on Semanski Street South at 9:54 a.m.

Burglary: A residence on McKean Court was reportedly burglarized at 2:05 p.m. A lap top and portable television were taken -- the house was left in disarray.

Not a DUI: Police followed up on a possible DUI associated with a green, Chevy pick up truck parked in front of a business on Monroe Avenue at 6:11 p.m. The driver had not been drinking but the vehicle had broken down.

Police followed up on a possible DUI where the driver was speeding on westbound State Route 410 from Roosevelt Avenue at 7:29 p.m. The vehicle was described as a blue Toyota Rav4. The driver had not been drinking but was advised about driving habits.

Obstructing: A woman was arrested for obstruction after officers arrived at her residence on Garfield Street at 6:20 p.m. in order to serve court paperwork. The woman had not identified herself as the intended recipient, telling officers the person would be back later. Officers later learned she was the person they were looking for. Papers were served.

Neighbors on Alert: A resident on Harmony Lane reported seeing two male subjects hanging around a residence at 7:54 p.m. where the occupants were away on vacation. Officers made contact and found that they subjects were just playing and there was no problem.

Police checked the area of McKinley Street at Kibler Avenue at 9:08 p.m. after receiving a report of a vehicle occupied by three subjects claiming to be missionaries. They visited several homes in the neighborhood before leaving northbound on McKinley Street. The vehicle was described as a larger, light-colored pick up truck with a bike rack on the back. It seemed suspicious based on that time of night. Officers checked the area and found nothing.

Threats: A man reported that someone was outside his door on Griffin Avenue at 11:24 p.m. saying they were going to get him. The man didn't know who the person was and they were gone when police arrived.
