Suspicious Circumstances: Police received a report of a silver Acura parked the wrong way on Phillips Avenue at 7:26 p.m. for about 20 minutes. An officer who made contact with the subjects in the car found they both had suspended driving privileges. They were not seen driving but were told they'd be subject to arrrest if they did drive.
