
Drug Investigation: Police collected green vegetable matter from a property on Semanski Street South at 1:32 p.m. as evidence taken during a drug investigation. No arrests were made.
Indecent Exposure: Police received a report of two people engaging in inappropriate activity on the playground equipment at Flensted Park on Farrelly Street at 4:19 p.m. They were gone upon officer's arrival.
Possible Child Abuse/Neglect: A citizen reported witnessing a woman beating her child at a property on Battersby Avenue at 5:56 p.m. and also drop an infant on the floor. The citizen reported this wasn't the first time. Officers checked on the welfare of the child and found no signs of problems or injuries on the child at the time. The case will be forwarded to Child Protective Services for follow up.

Disturbance: An unwanted male was asked to leave a property on Griffin Avenue at 6:26 p.m. but became very agitated and refused to leave. He was given a trespass notice and told to leave.
Theft: Police received a report that garden lighting -- specifically 10 black solar lights -- were taken from a property on Myrtine Street at 9:32 p.m. They were worth about $50.Β

Vehicle Prowl: Police received a report that someone had gone through a 1990 Honda Accord parked on Lincoln Avenue at 10:29 p.m. The owner reported nothing was taken though the car door and glove box were open. Extra patrol in the area has been requested.
