Rash of car prowls in Enumclaw; at least 7 in one night.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Enumclaw Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Rash of car prowls: Residents in area of Charwila/Warner are experiencing a recent increase in car prowling. Unknown persons seen walking slowly through area in early morning hours, including in exterior halls and on stairs.

Amp stolen: Theft of items from two vehicles parked in driveway on Gossard Place. A GPS and stereo amplifier were stolen.

Camera taken: Vehicle prowl with theft of digital camera. Vehicle on Charwila Lane was locked.

GPS gone: GPS stolen from vehicle on Florence Street overnight while parked in driveway.

Candy, book swiped: Vehicle prowl on Sun Mountain Drive. Theft of jumper cables, bag of candy and book.

Culprit ran: Vehicle prowl seen on Franklin Street. Person seen running away. No damage to vehicle.

Prowl stopped: Interrupted vehicle prowl on Semanski Street. Nothing of value taken.

More patrol: Vehicle prowl attempt at Southeast 426th Street. Extra patrol requested. Nothing taken. No damage.

Laptop stolen: A residential burglary occurred on Marshall Avenue. Taken was a 17-inch gray laptop.

DUI arrest: Traffic stop on Roosevelt Avenue East resulted in an arrest for DUI.

License arrest: Traffic stop on Roosevelt Avenue resulted in arrest for driving with a suspended license.
