Prep Sports: SPSL/Seamount/Bremerton 3A Sub-districts Boys

The brackets are set for the SPSL/Seamount/Bremerton 3A sub-district playoffs. Eight teams will compete for five spots in the West Central District playoffs, which is the final stop before teams head to state.

Lakes, Hazen and Decatur are all guaranteed district seeds based on their season records and will battle it out to see which team gets the top seed. The other five teams are vying for the fourth and fifth seeds in the WCD. Enumclaw gets a first-round bye but still needs to beat the winner of the Bonney Lake/Bremerton contest in order to advance, while Auburn Mountainview and Kennedy will play in a loser-out/winner to districts game on Friday. Below is the schedule of games beginning on Friday.

FRIDAY:

• Game 1: Hazen vs. Lakes @ Lakes High School, 8:00 – Winner is #1 Seed
• Game 2: Bonney Lake vs. Bremerton @ Bremerton, 7:30 – Winner plays Enumclaw on Saturday
• Game 3: Auburn Mountainview vs. Kennedy @ Kennedy, 5:30 – Winner is #5 seed

SATURDAY:

• Game 4: Loser Game 1 vs. Decatur @ Lakes, 8:00 – Winner is #2 seed, Loser is #3 seed
• Game 5: Winner Game 2 vs. Enumclaw @ Lakes, 4:15 – Winner is #4 seed
