The 22-year-old man was airlifted to Harborview in serious condition, officials say.

The motorcyclist injured in a collision with a truck Wednesday north of Enumclaw was identified as a 22-year-old man from Puyallup, according to the King County Sheriff's Office.
He was airlifted to Harboview Medical Center in Seattle and appeared to have multiple fractures but was conscious at the scene, Sgt. Cindi West said Thursday.
The accident occurred at about 5 p.m. Wednesday. A Ford Ranger pickup truck driven by a 75-year-old Maple Valley man was headed eastbound on S.E. 440th Street and stopped at a stop sign at 284th Avenue S.E., West said. He reported thinking the road was clear when he made a left turn in front of the motorcycle that was headed southbound on 284th Avenue S.E.
