February 7

Schmid Street, 4:30 p.m.
Solicitor complaint. Subject going door-to-door claiming to be a Comcast employee. Area check for vehicles negative.

Roosevelt Avenue, 7 p.m.
Suspicious person. Report of panhandling outside Safeway. Officer made contact.

Harmony Lane, 10:30 p.m.
Animal complaint. Report of aggressive dog running loose. Officer located the animal and made contact with the owners.

February 8

Southeast 432nd Street, 8 a.m.
Animal complaint. Loose horse in the above area. Owner located horse, taken back.

284th Avenue South, 4:30 p.m.
Animal complaint. Expo employee reported an animal left deceased and displayed on the property of the Expo Center.

February 10

Griffin Avenue, 7:30 a.m.
Employee of the guest house called about a guest that had come into his room without permission. Upon further investigation, an assault, burglary, and theft occurred.

Griffin Avenue, 5 p.m.
Employee at the Circle K is being stalked by a known customer. Information only, officer will followup.

February 14

Southeast 436th and 244th Avenue Southeast, 2:303 o p.m.
Attempt to locate. Passerby reported bales of hay in the intersection. Patrol responded, roadway was clear.

February 15

First Street, 3 p.m.
Subject at the library with a hunting knife. No threats made. Subject warned about having a knife out in the library and was asked to leave for the day. Unrelated, library staff asked for extra patrol in the early morning hours for people sleeping along the north side of the building.

February 16

440th Street, 9 a.m.
Commercial burglary to outbuilding at Country Animal Hospital. Nothing stolen, minor damage.

February 19

Semanski Street, 3:30 p.m.
Traffic stop resulted in diver arrest for felony warrant out of Kenosha, Wisc.

February 20

244th Avenue South, 10 a.m.
Neighboring dog attacked chicken. Dog owner contact, will replace chicken.
