Two Arsons and Loose Horses in May 31 Blotter

A roundup of Enumclaw police reports from Thursday, May 31.

Arson:  Police responded to an arson at McFarland Park at 12:42 a.m. A port-a-potty was burned to the ground. Enumclaw fire extinguished the fire.

An officer came upon a small pile of trash at 12:55 a.m. that had been pulled from a trash can on McDougall Avenue and set on fire and was able to extinguish it without firefighters' response.

Horses: Two horses were reported loose on State Route 169 at 11:34 a.m. The responding officer corraled the horses until the owner arrived. A vehicle nearby was also grazed by a horse.

Hit and Run: Police took a report for a hit and run accident on the 1700 block of Cole Street at 2:37 p.m.
