Friday, Sept. 7
Bike Found: Police received a report at 2:16 p.m. that a bike had been abandoned in the driveway of a residence on the 2900 block of Fredricksen Street. It's been placed in police property at the station.
Traffic Arrest: A driver was arrested for third-degree driving while license suspended following a traffic stop on the 300 block of Griffin Avenue at 4:50 p.m.

Suspicious Person: Police received a report at 5:52 p.m. that someone was hanging around a property on the 3300 block of Griffin Avenue but he'd left in a beat-up brown pick up truck before police arrived. Witness account says he appeared to be homeless and was trying all the doors to the building.
DUI: Police received a report at 7:42 p.m. of a possible DUI that just left a property on the 200 block of Rainier Avenue. The responding officer located the vehicle at the 1600 block of Garrett Street and confirmed the driver was DUI, who was then arrested.

Noise: Police received a barking dog complaint at 8:51 p.m. in connection with a residence on the 300 block of Jewell Street. They confirmed the dog was barking but no one was answered the door; day shift officer would try again.
Malicious Mischief: Police received a report at 11:23 p.m. that a vehicle on the 1700 block of Marshall Avenue had words painted on it with a water-based paint that washes off.
Saturday, Sept. 8
Missing Person: Police received a report at 4:37 a.m. that a man who lives at an address on the 100 block of Chinook Avenue was expected to be home by 10 p.m. but hadn't returned. His wife reported no suspicious circumstances at the time and would check with other jurisdictions.
Noise: Police received a barking dog complaint at 10:36 a.m. in connection with a residence on the 1400 block of Merritt Avenue. The owner was advised to bring the dogs in when out of the home to avoid further complaints.
Malicious Mischief: Police received a report at 11:54 a.m. that a vehicle parked in front of a residence on the 1900 block of Lafromboise Street was tagged overnight. The paint washed off so there was no damage.
Police received a report at 1:18 p.m. that a vehicle parked in the 2000 block of Park Street was tagged overnight.
Inebriated: Police received a report from a citizen at 8:04 p.m. of someone who was "extremely" inebriated and was in the area of Stevenson Avenue at Garrett Street. They gave the person a ride home.
