Enumclaw Water Polo, Golf Teams Both Win

Enumclaw beat Puyallup 14-11 in water polo Thursday night in a high school matchup.

According to the Seattle Times, Enumclaw's water polo team was led by Bennon VanHoof with 9 goals and Thomas Petersen had 3. 

The Enumclaw High School boys golf team beat Bonney Lake 87-60. Hornet Tyler Salsbury was the medalist with a 1 under par 35.

For the girls, Tiffany Wilkening was the medalist with a 40 as EHS beat Bonney Lake 137-125. Both matches were at High Cedars Golf Course near Orting.

In a match earlier this week, the girls team also beat Peninsula. Wilkening also shot a 40 in that match, finishing one stroke ahead of the defending state champion.
