$1,000 Reward For Information About Gig Harbor Boat Arson
The boat was found on fire along a street in Gig Harbor in early May.

GIG HARBOR, WA - There's a $1,000 reward out for information about a strange boat arson that occurred near Gig Harbor in May. The boat was found - both of its motors removed - on fire along the 8500 block of 104th Street Northwest on May 8, which is a sparsely populated area west of Sehmel Homestead Park.
Crime Stoppers of Tacoma-Pierce County is offering the reward to help Pierce County Detectives find who torched the boat and stole the motors. The boat was stolen from a storage area along Point Fosdick Drive Northwest near the airport, detectives believe.
