Life Care Connections - Open House - We have moved!

Life Care Connections has moved!  We are now located at 5800 Soundview Drive, Building D, Suite 103 in Gig Harbor.

We still maintain our small office in the Peninsula Retirement Community building on 50th Street, across from Veteran's Memorial Park in Gig Harbor.

Life Care Connections provides private, in-home care to seniors living in retirement and senior liviing communities as well as in private homes.  We serve communities in Gig Harbor, Bremerton, Tacoma, and Puyallup.  

Life Care Connections offers services which include: Medication reminders, errands, personal care, companionship, prescription pick-up, assistance on doctor visits, pet care, laundry help and light housekeeping among other services.

Please join us at our Open House Thursday, March 14th from 1-6pm at our new location above. Snacks and refreshments will be served and you can meet our Management Team!  Hope to see you there.
