The Riddle of Evil How Christian Science Answers the Question

With so much tradgey happening recently, have you wondered why does evil happen to good people?  Is there a way we can protect ourselves from such events as what happened at the Boston Marathon?  If God is good and all present why does evil happen?  On May 5th, Kari Mashos of Cape Neddick Maine, will give answers to the "riddle of evil." As a Christian Science lecturer she will explore the nature of  evil--what is and what it isn't and the nature of God, Good.  She will explain that God's goodness always overcomes evil as the Bible declares.  Her lecture will not only help the audience see that God and His goodness are always victorious but give examples that have proven this. She also will explain the Christianly Scientific way for each one to defend himself from evil and bring forth the desired goodness in his own life.

This free public lecture will be held at the Inn at Gig Harbor from 4pm to 5pm.  Child care will be provided.  For more information call the Christian Science Reading Room at (253)-858-3828. This lecture is sponsored by the First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Gig Harbor.
