Austin Estuary Park will be getting a Facelift!

I love when cities care about their amenities. Gig Harbor does it right!

Is it any wonder it winds up as a top destination port and town in many magazines?

My hubby and I were doing our regular jaunt around the harbor when we came upon the . I noticed that the sign was down and that there was a notice about !

I just saw that the Patch had made announcements about that, but I'm so glad that it will be a very nice place to just sit and catch the beauty of the area.

There are sidewalk improvements and a plan to transform it from just a spit out off the side of the main drag to a real park! I heard they are planning something for the Donkey Creek area as well.

That's truly exciting. Keep up the good work, Gig Harbor!
