Did you or someone you know have their home foreclosed on in 2009-2010? If so, you may be entitled to have your case reviewed and you might even be reimbursed for your trouble!
Mortgage services who have been found to have “rushed” the foreclosure proceedings or otherwise failed to properly review all the paperwork will begin sending out letters this month that ask borrowers if they want their case reviewed.

The RExperts Team have personally talked with many of our Gig Harbor neighbors who’ve been affected by or know someone who has had their home foreclosed. The overwhelming feeling that the lack of compassion and shoddy performance are clear grounds for these reviews! Furthermore, many we spoke to feel the banks have no real incentive to help a homeowner in foreclosure which certainly adds to the overall distress of a foreclosure!
